    I think adwords is a very expensive way... you can try going with viral email and if you're video is realy cool maybe peaple will come

    Copy the URL from Youtube and use that as the Destination URL in your Adwords Ad.

    Start up some Squidoo pages and HubPages related to the theme of your video and post a link to it there. I've seen Google index sites that are linked to from Squidoo and HubPages in a matter of hours (for popular topics) and definately within days for the more niche phrases and topics.

    If you create a great lense and HubPage they can get quite a helfty amount of traffic. Look for some long tail keywords you can target for the theme of your video and create extra lenses and hub pages that point to your video and main squidoo lense and hub page.

    Also sign up for OnlyWire, get onto all the Social Bookmarking sites and bookmark your video, get it onto StumbleUpon.

    Fairly generic ideas, I know, but by the sounds of things you're hungry for traffic, and every bit will help.
