The real adsense alternative!!!

Hey i wrote this a little while ago. Please read and give me your thoughts.

I am a webmaster and had google adsense for around 1 year when i finally decided it was time to try something different. I decided being a webmaster publisher wasn't for me so i turned to being a webmaster salesman. In total of my first year as a webmaster i had made a terrible $60.

I had three sites with income amounting to that poor $60. So i set up a new policy once i saw the outstanding buy, sell and trade forum at digital point. Once i saw this forum and the amount of bidders and the prices people were willing to pay for advertizing space and purchasing content and websites outright i moved into this segment.

Now i purchase numerous domains every month. I submit my domains to numerous directories when they have content. I get the PR of the sites up which increases their value especially to fellow webmasters. Then i sell text links and banner spaces which bring in moderate income. But the big area of where i make money being a webmaster salesman is selling the website outright.

My main goals before i sell a website are :

    - Increase PR ( minimum 3 before selling. 5 is ideal)
    - Generate decent traffic to these sites.
    - Make link sales temporary so new website owners can sell more links. (adds values to potential buyers).

From earning $60 in my first year with google adsense, i have made an average of $1200 a week being a webmaster. Following the simple steps of buying domains, building content, traffic and PR and then selling the ads space and the websites themselves.

This is a much easier way to making money on the internet being a webmaster. Make sure to use conclusive screen shots when selling your websites and go into detail if these screen shots are not offering the full potential your sites offer to webmaster buyers.

This is just my first installment of this blog. I will publish my future success. Please leave comments.

Would it be better to keep the site after putting so much time and effort into them and then sell links and have AdSense together on them for a long term investment?

Im not entirely sure as you could probably imagine im still in the experimenting stage. Maybe even running adsense for longer is a possibility, but everything now will take some research before it gets put into action. Although this webmaster stuff is working for me. I might try to master adsense though its one of my things to do list before i die.

What methods do you use to increase the PageRank?
I assume you don't buy links as that is costly.
Getting pr4/5 would take a lot of work I think.
Any Tips, as I think this is a good idea btw.

Depends sometimes. Well a lot of the time i am buying them a week before the next expected PR update. And then flogging them after that. Usually thats when the PR thing happens, if its within one week then yes i will be selling them with just one week of having them.

Should aim to achieve $500. But if you have numerous, than $200 for each can be considerable income. Whatever you want to sell it for, how much i mean is up to you. But using these principles, you should be on the right track. Im pretty nice for sharing them, cause a lot of people on this forum would keep it to themselves. Financially i probably should have but maybe you guys need the money more than me. Who knows? good luck with it though? is anyone doing this yet?

i'm wondering if paid links could lower the pr.

typically, when you sell a site, most buyers want to see a history of income generation? then base the selling price on maybe three or so years worth of potential income?

This seems to be a very hit and miss (more miss) idea.
Nobody knows when the next pr update is.
you could wait the average say 3 months and it comes early or it could take unexpectedly long like 5 months.
And if you buy them one week before (not that that's possible anyway) there would be no time to increase the PageRank of them.
