Well as of today yes, I used to make around $3.00-$5.00 on adsense as of recent so todays results have outperformed adsense however it has yet to be seen if those results will remain consistant, also my adsense revenue increased after I replaced most of my adsense ads with auction ads only leaving google ads on 1 of my pages which now results in around $7-$10 a day in earnings. Also my adbrite revenue has increased to around $2 - $3.00 a day after I cut back the number of ads and only use CPM now through adbrite, auctionads has definetly done one thing for me which was force me to use other ads more creatively since I can only place fewer of them now because I have my site layered in Auctionads. Funny enough my site was practically offline for most of the day and we were still able to bring in over almost 800 clicks from auction ads, also my arcade site is averaging 150 - 200 clicks per day now with auction ads, I'm considering placing it on all of my sites now. I might replace the auction ads on the arcade site with YPN ads though since I think it might perform better but that has yet to be seen, I can't wait to see the results after 30 days. If AuctionAds really shows success for my site I'll shake shoes hand in person lol.
Approx 10 days. One site, Auction Ads mixed with Adsense. Great positioning. 1900 Impressions 43 Clicks $7.29 I expect a little more income to trickle in as it comes delayed. The most important thing about Auction Ads is to make sure it is well targeted to your traffic and to be patient. A click today might not realize income for a few days at least. It's not like the instant gratification of Adsense where you get updated click and revenue reporting every 15 minutes. So far, my AA have matched my lost AdSense income from the changeover. I'm pleased with the $7.29 in income as a start. if you're clever, I think this program has serious potential. Shoe, if you can improve caching, I think that the lower traffic sites will really take off with AuctionAds.
Your stats are impressive Guerialla considering I have sent over 500,000 impressions and 7,000 clicks in the last 10 days but only earned 11.22
Nice to hear reports of people making money with AuctionAds. Today is day one of my tests over on a forum I run at http://www.thetaobums.com/ Starting out conservatively with a 125x125 square next to my adsense block in the header. I get 3-5k impressions a day. Let's see how this goes.
Folks, please remember these are not contextual ads. You need to carefully select the keywords you will display products for. With such low click through rates, I can only assume that your keywords are badly targeted to your traffic, or the products you are showing are not in very high demand. I don't think Auction Ads is for every site.
No such luck with AuctionAds. I really like the idea but I have never made even one dollar from them. On top of never making any money for me there has been many times their ads have bogged down my site.
Take a look at my June stats so far: Date Campaign Impressions Clicks CTR Revenue 06/01 <aggregate> 23973 171 0.71% $26.94 06/02 <aggregate> 22502 168 0.75% $11.94 06/03 <aggregate> 30968 188 0.61% $10.64 06/04 <aggregate> 32285 198 0.61% $0.00 Total 109728 725 0.66 $49.52 So the earnings do sem to be ramping up from what I was making last month. With the right keywords on your sites with good ad placement and blending you should do ok.
I am documenting my experience in a new thread - http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=354812
I started a new thread on my own experience so that I wouldn't be hijacking this thread. I was merely pointing it out.... thanks for the neg rep as well. :/
Wow all of those impressions and clicks and that result. Is it against the TOS to post just what products you are keyed up for? So the rest of us can stay away from that niche of goods.
Actually my auctions ads for Sunday underwent an update so the previous figures are now slightly different for sunday. After 10 days I actually earned more than $10 on the 10th day, yes an insane shocker, Shoe is amazing lol:
