Cannot make changes to my blogger template

Has anyone ever encountered a situation where they could not save their blogger template?
I cannot edit the thing because 'hitting save template' results in an error

Any ideas?
Even if I make no changes at all and click 'save template' I see this error code

Try after sometime. blogger do give such errors sometimes which resolves by itself.

Still no luck.
At times, yesterday, the message I received was outdated Adsense code and it recommended using a PUB Id that wasn't mine

 

Are you using new version of Blogger ? if so then in Templates click Revert Back to Old Style something.. then it shld be fine

 

Yes revert to classic template ant try.
first make a back up of your current template an then follow these steps..
1) go to template and choose option edit template..
2)scroll down and you will see an option revert to classic template.
3) click it. so msg will pop up. click yes and its done.
