Linkrain.com has a unique blog (www.linkrain.com/articles) with unique content...not one of those blogs that are not able to write their own articles and just rewrite articles of famous bloggers (95% of blogs are crap...)

I suppose this question wouldn't come up if there weren't so many directories out there that look like clones of each other.

My directories (see sig) have unique designs and category structures. They also use a custom script, which is not unique since I use it on 3 directories, but it is at least rare.

Category is common to everybody as we all could do something special. I think unique is something most people would not or could not offer.

For example, I make a free directory list, that's common to others, many free directory lists on the net, but I have made a special free phpld list, and we update it nearly every week to keep all the directory free, I think most people would not do this, I may call it unique directory list.

How about MakeASearch; unique template, has a blog that has similar template, provides free PHPLD & WordPress themes, directory offers option to submit upto 10 deep Links.

 

I think aviva directory offers the same, and the number of deep links is not unique.

The content and design is unique.
