I dont know anythingabout search engine optimizing, or anything about how search works.. my web site has been getting 2000 clicks a day from google search but a few days ago it stopped.. then came back for 1 day and then stopped again... I dont know if there is something I can do to bring it back and prevent it from stopping... is there anything I can do?

there is an analytics report attached to this post that shows my google search stats so you can se what I am talking about. If you can help me I can pay $$ or traffic.

Craig, do you at least understand what it is that causes you to get traffic from Google? That traffic doesn't exist in a vacuum, what Google does, and how it brings you visitors?

If not, then my primary advice is to be careful about admitting that and flashing money for help at the same time. There are some basics that you should be aware of (not the so much the how, as the why) that can help you keep from getting ripped off.

Let me know what you do and don't know about how search works, what you think it is based your experience (be honest in that, don't worry about what ppl think), and I will write a quick rundown of the basics on my blog and give you the link. PM me if you need a quicker response.

it is just one of these crazy updates/downgrades Google does all the time.
It's been the same for my sites, goes up and down, in and out and you can never figure out why except that Google did something, God knows what and why.
Checking some stats I see that pages are removed in SERP's (one day you have one amonut of pages for a certain keyword, and next day a lot less, and then you're back to the same amount of page again that was the day before) and the only thing that changes are your placements.
I have said before, and now I am pretty sure I can "predict" when my sites is going to loose a lot of visitors. There's a pattern to the madness, but no cure :(

Google goes up and down and can change daily and sometimes even hourly. Best thing is not top panic. Do what you can to promote your site and build back links. Also try to advertise on relevant sites to get traffic other than just through Google. Covering yourself by not putting your eggs all in one basket will help you to get traffic even when Google lowers your placement.

You were probably ranking at the top for a few keyword phrases that got a lot of traffic.

I would consider redesigning the site if I were you. At first glance the site looked kind of spammy but after going through it I realized there was some really good "content" on the site. I would at least move the pictures above the affiliate links or alternate starting with one row of pictures then a set of affiliate links then pictures, then affiliates etc.

I'd also take out the registration part and just let people see the pictures. Then have them register to download the zip files instead.

You could possibly make that site a pay site if you have the exclusive rights to put up those pictures. Then you could recruit affiliates.

It's possible that someone looked at your site, didn't like what they saw and alerted Google (if they didn't already work for them).

Ooh! - I would change the anchor text on your link exchange links. Don't use seejulie.com as the anchor text use:
Sexy Girls etc. Look at that first link (seodigger.com) and focus on the keyword phrases that get the most hits in Google (WordTracker column).

Last week some major update in SERPs has been started by Google and they have apply some more filters to provide better results. It also looks like Algo Update!

Something at your website might be dislike by Google that's why your ranking reduced drastically.

Including me many webmasters have experienced some -ve change from Google by last week and they shared their thoughts on different forums.
