.edu or .gov backlinks??

I was always wondering how do people get .edu backlinks or .gov?

If your site is related to any gov or edu site then contact to the webmaster. And offer them some good links and ask them to link back...

You can get links from .edu or .gov sites by searching for forums that has .edu and .gov extension.

 

its great to have these links, but its tough to get.

you have two alternative to have an edu or gov links

* link buing from link sales forum
* if you dont want to pay, search edu forums on google but dont spam them

 

Most people purchase them I think.

 

*hates to advertise in SEO forum.. but I figured it was relevant*

Normally .gov will link only to other .gov sites. It is very rare for .gov to link to .com site

 

the best way is to just write comments on .edu and .gov blogs. to find edu and gov blogs go to yahoo or google search and type

site:.edu inurl:blog “comment” -”you must be logged in” -”posting closed” -”comment closed” “keyword”

please make sure your replace keyword with your niche keyword and start posting comments.
