Of course you can earn. The question is what can you do? Are you willing to put in work and update content and let the site grow? Or do you just want a free blog and than free money? Cuz thats not gonna happen. You have to work for money, dont let anyone fool you into thinking that its easy.

I am not agree Good chance to get sandboxed blog with new domain but there are some 'trusted' free blog providers which can give the advantage in SERP for example, all new blogs on an free blog host owned by me got top rank with 1000000+ competitors in Google easily without any inbound links
