just had a submission from masterpapers.com

owner: Kseniya Vitchenko

paypal just put a hold on the funds as he is under investigation

if you have recieved any submissions i would delete and refund

I had the same problem. Once paypal puts it under investigation, you know that you will not see the money...

 

I should have read this thread before I just posted my last one, this thread pretty much answers my question.

 

Paypal did release the funds back to the directory for most folks in this case.
