Interested in buying traffic

    I am interested in buying traffic for the purpose of uniques, I suppose this would help my alexa ranking...but I am not fully understanding the value of "bought" traffic I guess. When buying traffic, lets say in the month of June, I am then going to need to buy the traffic again in July to keep the averages moving up.. is that correct? Is it possible to purchase "permanent traffic"?
