Godaddy does not accept paypal !!!!!!

i tried to register a domain from a godaddy account and it looks like paypal option is missing and not shown. Seems like godaddy does not accept paypal anymore.

Has anybody got this problem before?

 

it does accept it,yesterday night, I registered a godaddy domain with paypal.

and there's still the paypal logo on the homepage..

 

Maybe this is just for you? Deppending on location? If you are a brand new customer?

Or maybe it's because Paypal is doing maintainence currently. Try again later

 

i am verified pp premier. i have been paying for past 3 yrs with PP for domain names. i should try again later.

 

you cannot register a domain if u have unverified paypal account

u need to have a registered one

**if u are willing to give a tiny comission then i can reg the name for u and push the domain to u

 

Paypal is accepted !! ..i have over 20 domains with godaddy...i bought all of them using paypal. U can try to email them. Where are u located btw?

 

My paypal account is NOT fully verified, I've confirmed Address & with credit card.

I can confirm they are not accepting paypal at this moment in time. Perhaps because of the maintainence at Paypal and they want to avoid confusion from customers.....

Plus it wouldn't just not show the paypal logo as payment is somebody was not verified, for all they know you may have another verified paypal account, It would show the option still to anybody. (see what I mean? not sure if I explained properly, I confuse myself sometimes )

Hope it returns soon, I was going to purchase some domains today

 

yes, paypal i performing live maintenance on June 1, 2007 and will be not accessible for few hours. I found this here

there is some problem in Paypal I cannot access my Paypal Account
May be thats the problem but sure it is just a Temporary Problem it should be solved in few hours from now

 

yeah I just tried to access my paypal and it failed. It could be because of the live maintenance.

Looks silly, they should update this before removing such thing. I am sure I am gonna change my registrar now.

 

Godaddy does support PayPal....but PayPal is down today. Everyone is affected.

 

if it is down today, why would I see no option to select paypal as my payment option in godaddy ?

 

I would check it again..it there somewhere. Was you login when making the purchase?

Because they are/were down. Look in the footer of your screenshot...

 

Can you login and click the link just beside to Option 2 (which says "Select Your Payment Method: Learn more about payment options")

Click that "Learn more about payment options" you will not see paypal

 

Paypal is down. I am positive itll be up there soon, dont worry
