Yeah I am from India and having US account for paypal,adwords and others ... ! In this site it is return like that !
could be a scam..i mean because i dont think you can have a US bank acct while residing elsewhere..dunno if US govt laws make it legal or not..
You can withdraw to a U.S. bank account even if you're using verified paypal from another country. VMI has this and used to work with paypal but not anymore.

You can. Some people living in the UK have US bank accounts. I don't think it's at all easy to open one, but it's certainly not breaking any US laws to have one.

Probably not a scam, there is a few companies that offer the same service but you could open US or Swiss account yourself, without a proxy. About a half of US banks and even some Credit Unions will open an account to a non-resident, however, most of the time you have to physically come to the branch but some do take notarized or/and apostilled copies of the passport. I also know of one Swiss Bank that allows you to apply online but then you need mail your id and signature.
