    It depends - if the music will be open source, the software freeware etc. there's nothing bad.
    However, if You're talking about warez links, it's not permitted, because giving people easy access to warez promotes illegal activity:

    Why should it be against the TOS to provide links to rapidshare if the downloads are not copyright protected?

    And if it is copyright protected,

    no matter what any websites policy is,

    you have no right to do anything with it unless you own the copyright.

    That ones an easy one to understand.

    Where do you come up with of course when there is news daily of Google & Youtube being sued for copyright infringement???

    As much as you like to think most people are intelligent it's actually the other way around

    Why else would one need a warning on a hot cup of coffee from Starbucks McDonalds etc, that the contents inside are hot and could burn???

    No its not illegal.... Atleast not by you...If you have not uploaded them yourself then it may be if its a Shareware or else no... If you have not uploaded your self then you're just indexing it no offence
