You mean the link unit on the left. I don't know what 'Anzeigen' means, but I'm guessing it just says 'Ads by Google' auf Deutsch. I think it's clever use of blending - but is it so good that the link unit could be confused with other content? I think it's probably okay, but it's one of these grey ares - I'd seek further official clarification.
On the left side is the google ad section. The right side shows my related post links. The blending of both units are the same. It’s a kind of google ad clone, so it could confuse users to click ads, although they didn't want to click (invalid clicks). i'm sorry for my terrible english^^ i hope you understand me.
