I would take the username and password fields for the login and put them to the right, because when you click on the search link up top, the "forever" dropdown blocks the search layer.

I think it looks great! Not a huge fan of the logo though... its a little hard to read at a quick glance and it took me a while to make an assiciation with the hand. Maybe thats just me being tired though
