I have been using blogger for some time now. Happy yes I'am, but when it comes to keyword. oh boy that's a pain. Blogger new or old are having the same problem getting indexed, keyword that don't seem to stick on the single pages. My problem! Keyword for new and old blogger. I have both new and also old blogger. I had search and research keyword that would actually pin point my site with better ads. But it doesn't work nor help. some of my site even show multiple social ads that doesn't help my site. I had install Meta with search keywords from - nichebot, yahoo keyword tool, keyword density, even other keyword tools. But it does't not help much. Q: How do you get blogger site to be keyword targetted not only for new but also for old blogger site?
If you have new, you can convert it to classic which you can design and optimize easily... Like me I used different template by using the classic template. I just revert it to classic... Onpage optimize your site and build quality links by submitting to high PR directories for free, link exchange to related sites(email the owner), forums sigs postings, social bookmarkings... That will do the trick. And wait for google to crawl and see the results...
It doesn't matter if you're using old or new blogger as long as the content was optimized with your keywords it can appear on SERP.
It's up to you what you can used OLD or New. as long you can manipulate your pages... in the new blogger there have widgets build thats why some users have a problem to used it...
