I've been smart priced....can I get out of this?

Do I have to improve the quality of my sites or something? Or will I be smart priced forever now?

It means advertisers use lowest paid ads they can get away with. You can get paid as little as half a cent per click for the ads.

First check ads on your site. Go to sites and see if they are adsense ads on site or clickbank ads. If so filter the site out. I think it is a never ending battle and hate the fact google allows this.

Smart pricing is more to do with quality of traffic than quality of site.

Ad clickers convert to customers only when they find, what they are looking for.

Try to focus more on keywords that are related to your site and not on high paying or high traffic keywords.

Smart pricing is not forever, it is re-calculated every week. Check out my SmartPricing FAQ.

don't worry about being smart priced that much. Worry about driving more traffic with quality content so smart pricing doesn't affect you too much.

Like I say in the intro to the FAQ, these are not really "facts"...
The "re-calculated every week" bit comes from an article by JenSense, who says that an AdSense support person revealed that:

"Smart pricing is evaluated each week. So removing ads from sites you suspect are converting poorly could result in seeing an adjustment to a higher smart pricing percent in as little as a week."
