Looking to sell 50% of busy forum to a business partner

    Hi all,

    I bought this fourm off DP about 9 months ago now for $2,500: www.talkhomebusiness.com here is the original thread: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=133587

    I have been trying to get the forum on the first page of Google.com for the following MASSIVE traffic keywords:

    *work from home
    *working from home
    *work at home

    Here is how the rankings stand at the moment:

    Google
    Work from home: 250th out of 1,850,000,000 results.
    Working from home: 124th out of 822,000,000 results.
    Work at home: 233rd out of 1,860,000,000 results.

    Yahoo

    Work from home: 13th out of 1,370,000,000 results.
    Working from home:20th out of 545,000,000 results.
    Work at home:41st out of 1,370,000,000 results.

    MSN

    Work from home: 59th out of 114,287,169 results.
    Working from home:15th out of 17,703,059 results.
    Work at home:59th out of 114,287,169 results.

    Here is the traffic stats for each keyword:

    Keyword

    work at home 8,828 (Phrases Searches per Day) 264,837 (Searches per Month)
    work from home 7,394 (Phrases Searches per Day) 221,824 (Searches per Month)
    working from home 5, 245 (Phrases Searches per Day) 157,350 (Searches per Month)

    The forum stats are currently standing at around 500-600 unique visitors a day. The forum as a PR4 but next update is predicted to get PR5/PR6.

    Revenue is untouched.

    I am looking for a partner who can drive this forum forward. They will need to invest half of what i paid for it and in return they will earn 50% of what ever we make from advertising sales etc for life!

    I expect to get the forum on the first page of Google.com within 3-6 months, then we will see some serious traffic and members.

    Who can get this forum rocking???

    What rights to the site would the owner of the 50% have since it's not a majority stake? Is the stake transferable too, should the buyer wish to sell in the future?
