    Just saw an indian site displaying ads from Yahoo. The ads are displayed through a third party mootermedia. Code Snippet

    Interesting. I remember reading somewhere that
    YPN would be rebranded when it comes to India.

    Maybe this Mootermedia is related to it?

    Nope it was on a website of reputed indiaN newspaper. Also when clicked on "Ads by Yahoo!" took to searchmarketing.yahoo.in

    They do seem like Yahoo ads.

    I searched for the word "matrimony" on Yahoo and these exact ads came up on position 1 and position 3.

    i agree..they might be registered under some guy whos living in US or UK or something of that sort..

    theres no way you can stop them from doing that..

    News websites in India are read by NRIs. So it will definitely get 70% US traffic. That explains it. Besides, the website management may be operating the site from US.

    may be indian publishers can use ypn, not sure though:rolleyes:,
    but am sure ypn is not yet open for the publishers! in india:)

    But the publisher of the site also has to be in the US, I think. Even Canadian publishers aren't allowed into YPN, though that hasn't stopped a few people from applying and actually being accepted.

    It will be good news if it comes to india and if it comes of beta then that will going to be all over the world currently it is working only in canada and US
