    Hi, lightstarm2k,

The question you've raised has been largely discussed some time ago at DP - however, I don't have the time to search for it now. But in nutshell - judging by my Paypal experience and the feedback of others - you'd better not buy an account. At Paypal they have very strict measures against any fraud of the kind and you might be easily caught. So my advice is - avoid it and search for a safer way to transfer money.

    Good day,

    Nathan

The account will have his name and personal information right ?

Do not think of doing such a thing.

If you need to use an account, you could strike a deal for him to receive money on your behalf and pay you in moneybookers or kind

you can open an account from an USA IP address and select other country ...like : india or Newzeland . after open it you can verify it by VCC and enjoy it .

you can have an usa ip address with vpn connections service ( PM me ) or buy a windows vps and use remote desktop connection .

...and get banned to use their services at once. Many people have suffered this way and I hope lightstarm2k not to be the next in line.:(

Dont use PayPal....use a more legit method.

Suggest to your clients Western Union, or another exchange site

Dont use PayPal in such a manner and dont try to get your account using US IP as well. They'll track that down. You can prefer WU (Western Union), or another exchange site

Of ocurse you are not allowed to buy someone's elses paypal account. Legally, it is his and there could be ramifications. If you were to buy it, it would still be his (legally speaking).

Wouldn't he be able to recall it at any time? What a frightening thought. Some good people have the ability to turn bad. Just hope that the person you buy it from, if you do, is super legitimate.

because tye paypal information is saved by that person too and he can use the money transferred for you. Better not to buy paypal. Make account on moneybrokers.

I had a friend in the US who was helping me run my site set up both a bank account and the paypal account for me. Since then, he no longer is a part of the site and I have not heard from him for a while but I continue to use the paypal account. Is there anything wrong with this?

Occasionally when I log in to paypal I get a message asking me to approve of previous logins from a foreign country (my own) and I just select approve.

You know that it would be a breach of contract and it is not the right thing to do so do not do it or else you find yourself in deep trouble.

Since the account is in the original holder's name, you will not be able to withdraw any money as it would go to the original holder and even before Paypal detects the breach, you probably gain nothing doing this. You basically have nothing to gain and everything to lose.

Find some other alternatives for someone to pay you.
