Established Personal Finance blog $100+ monthly

I think it's time to pass on the blog to someone with a little more time to do something with it. I just don't have the time to keep it up.

Average monthly income is $135.60 (based on last 4 months income) It has declined some in last two months due to my slow posting pace. With regular posting and some pr, it could be exponential to that.

It is only recently moved to it's current domain and was on a subdomain before. The domain is already a PR2 and estimated to be a PR3 by next update. Could be more with some seo and linkage.

I thought I should add more info about the domain

the original domain was http://money.thatedeguy.com
According to technorati, it had 120-130 incoming links when I switched it.
It is now 304'd through the .htaccess to the new URL. I will keep that redirect in place for as long as I own the original domain.

The new domain was purchased and put into use in February of 2007. Yep, only 3 months ago. And it's already a pr2. Not spectacular, but better than some I've done. It is registered until 2/2008 through godaddy.
According to technorati, this domain has 39 incoming links.
You'll get a free transfer to any godaddy account, but if you want it elsewhere, you'll pay for it.

The site is currently hosted on a shared linux host that I have several other domains on, so you'll also have to have your own hosting.

The domain is also a member of the WPNBlogroll through adify.com I'll transfer login and password for that when the time comes or you can ditch it and do whatever you want.

 

Where does the revenue come from?

 

the majority of it comes from Text-Link-Ads while there is an average of about 10-30/month from google adsense and another 10/month or so from miscellaneous places like auctionads and CJ.com
