Social Media Bookmarking Button/Icons/Links for Blogs

I'm in the process of having a Wordpress theme designed for me and I was just wondering what is the best way to go about integrating such things into blog designs? Does anyone have some good examples of blogs that have integrated such features into their blog designs well?

if so then you seen a WP Plugin called : Sociable

 

I like the share this WP plugin better....I think it's sleeker and less intrusive on the readers..but sociable is still a good one

Basically what I mean is there way to make to encourage users to use the sociable feature? Like I don't know a whole lot about social media.

Write some good content,users will use it if they like your article.
