Find a site you would be interested in promoting. A video site can good traffic easily but get low adsense income. Or get an article site on a topic you like and then post on forums or write articles to bring in traffic. Get a webmaster site and then post a lot in this forum.

maybe you should consider investing more time in your current website.. since it already has some age behind it you already have a head-start.
Has your traffic been declining, or just the earnings? Maybe you need to get more backlinks and work a little SEO to get your SERPs up.. or, if your traffic is remaining steady, maybe you need to find additional ways to monetize it. Affiliates work well on some sites, or you could try something like AuctionAds.

    just a thought..

You should always be prepared for that... It may be worse after 01 june after google ban of MFAs.

Maybe a site that you think you'll be able to drive traffic to it, a site about a topic you like

Its better to find out your mistakes and improve it than building the website and trying to earn from the beginning.

MFA's are websites that are made just for adsense.. you've seen them - no content, just ads.

and NO, NOT ALL MFAs ARE BEING BANNED ON 6/01... Only MFA's that use Adwords to get traffic are being banned, and probably not all of them ..

did you try to analyze why your income is going down?
Is it because of traffic, or is it your CTR going down, or is it your per click cost going down?

MFA is well on its way out the door- keywords have become too saturated and the ads' dont pay well anymore. Simply because every teenager and his grandma are doing MFA sites. We host around 500 MFA sites on our network, and are seeing quite a few die out. MFA was hot some 2 years ago.
