Hi Guys, Sorry to figure this out, but I never did read that this was an auction or not. If you buy the whole directory you can remove all you want right? $4,000.00 for the whole system, with document ownership, and escrowed professional payments.

the revenue of the directory is 600$ last month. coz each sitewide listing is 20$ per month and the featured listing in inner pages are 20$ for yearly listing.

You can earn more if you will promote the directory throughout the forum or on other sites coz i didnt promote selling links on this site yet coz im selling the directory now.

All the sitewide links will be removed after 1 month if someone buys it. coz most of it will expires on june. and the others who bought long term listing will be transfer to my other PR6 site.

Yes the featured and regular listing will be there but the sidewide is transferable to my another PR6 directory..

The highest bid is from mytypesdotcom for 4000$ he PM me and i think he is interested. But he still didnt reply to my last PM so im still accepting offers..

Why the wrong numbers?

Example: Arts & Humanities (26) when there is only 1 site listed here?

Are they intentionally wrong to make submitters feel that the directory is more popular than it is? Does it work?

 

Hey 26 is not number of site.

26 is number of sub categories under Arts & Humanities

Do your research before writing.

hmm, when ppl buy a domain/site like yours, isn't domain age very important factor?

I don't see how it's worth 4k.

If just going off of revenues, I think the general pricing = 3 month revenue.

 

It is worth because of its PR even it is only quite new.. just imagine how much you can do if you have a PR6 directory if you really know how to handle it!
