I saw this movie. It was great. Not as good as the second though. It had lots of action and a great GREAT battle scene. Amazing special effects for a movie based in the age of pirates. Lots of comedy, probably the only downfall was that there were too many comedic scenes in it. Still, I give this movie a 9.5 out of 10. I cant wait for the 4th movie!
No, it wasnt abrupt. LEading up to the ending was sad, and then the ending was pretty funny, but it definitely set itself for the next movie.
i saw it last night, its great, i think there is more thinking involved within this movie rather than the other 2 were a little more straightforward, still very great and funny
I watched the movie at a party last night. My friend got a pirated version of Pirates of the Caribbean (pun intended). It was pretty good, but I couldn't really get it since I didn't watch the previous two movies.

I almost fell asleep during the movie. No action till the last 20 to 30 minutes. Johnny deep should have had more time in this movie
that's not good...I thought 2 wasn't nearly as good as the 1st! how about it being nearly 3 hours long!!!!
First movie was fun. 2nd one was too much bs. 3rd one is more of the same I think, but I'm still going to see it for the heck of it.
