Been curious all day about this, but is anyone else being spammed by gambling site submissions, in the last 12 hours, since turning on my PC, I have 200+ e-mails from pp with money recieved etc... When I went to log into my pp, I have some 200+ submissions to Directorymix.com all featured but every single site was gamlbing related and submitted to Entertainment section.

most of the pp e-mails were diff. and were either from au or uk... been refunding ea one and leaving a not and sending ea. an apology e-mail.

If you remove the link details which is auto generated in paypal description, then paypal will never come to know about it..

but if paypal visits my site and notices gambling related links, and people can use PP to purchase a listing, then might have a problem, though very well about this before I decided to refund.

You did the right thing there. :)

I got two or may be 3 submissions few days ago and I refunded along with a mail that I don't want to list these kind of sites.

Sometimes I am just confused. People don't want to have any Gambling site in their directory or its just because of PP blocking their account. ???

PP closing my account was the main reason, I though of getting a mod where a person has to enter his/her age before he/she can enter the gambling category, but wasn't sure how pp would take it, I know some people say, what are the chances of someone from pp visiting your site and finding out you use PP and sell links to gambling sites.

Why those big directories allow those links ?
Are they not afraid of being PP banned ?

I can also see gambling links on bigweblinks

Well, I always thought that having Gambling (& Casino) links to your directory is a bad option. I am not sure now ...

Infect, someone here at DP send me a PM few weeks ago who wanted to have a link there but didn't as i was having a Gambling subcategory under "Blogs" at that time. :(

Also, if PP blocks your account, what are you going to do with it??
