    Two largest top 100 sites for sale!

    The projects have been working for 4 years.

    Recently new domains were purchased for them:
    www.top100.biz
    www.top100.ws

    old:
    top100biz.com
    topdepo.com

    In addition to the top 100s, the portals have classified ads and news sections.

    positions in main SEs for top100 keyword
    Yahoo 4
    MSN 6
    Google 29

    Nowadays profit for these projects are $600 a month
    But we are not going to calculate the price with using that number
    We as programmers developed very good product but we don't now how to earm money on it. That's the reason we are looking for investors (buyer) who will run it.

    On top100's we have ~ 800 visitors daily.

    these sites are regular directories, there are thousands of them...

    how do you make the $600 a month? sponsored listings?

    You know, I gotta say (like everybody else) prices are way too high. Every site on here has potential so that doesn't (sorry) carry much weight. But the rankings are impressive but again, way too high.

    The sites are loaded, man! One thing I don't understand, though, how can you say you don't know how to monetize it - and then ask for 20k? What is the basis for this amount? If you claim to make 6 grands a month then a fair amount to ask for is $7000-8000. Sorry, if I can't follow the calculations here.

    One of the reason is
    We live in Russia and it's very difficult for us to
    - accept credit cards
    - accept PayPal orders
    - communicate with customers via phone
    - make sales

    It hurts the business so we made a decision to sell it.

    $20 000 is the minimum price for us to sell it.
    Otherwise we will stay it as is.

    will say that these top100 is based on submitted websites? why is this website an authority? do you have more than 1mio. submitted websites in your database?
