I am trying to put the sub pages listed in the body of http://theguitarresource.com/store/ in a sidebar in the "store" section of my site. This sidebar needs to be different than the one on the main site b/c i just want the sub pages to display in the sotre section, and nothing else. But i am not sure how to create another sidebar to be used in a seperate template. And i know very little CSS and PHP. Is this something someone would be willing to help me with? i can't imaging it taking more than 30 minutes if you use the exact same styling from my homepage sidebar. I imaging all you have to do is copy the original sidebar CSS and maybe give it a name like # sidebar2 and then create a new sidebar template by copying the original, but styling it as "sidebar2", then just putting the call for sub pages in there. Will this method work? can someone please help me executing it? thanks!!!
not sure about your template, but you may be able to set up the subpages as links on the secondary page...I have a template that I used to use that I was able to do this. Basically, I could say which pages I wanted my links to appear on, and I chose only the subpages. Other than that, not to sure without being able to look around your template.
was that something you did from an options menu somewhere? is there a way for you to see my template? thanks! p.s. nice avatar!
It was in the options of the template that I was using at the time....if you can send me a link to download the template I will be happy to take a look at it. I like your avatar as well...is that a hollowbody?
Semi-hollow body. Hofner verythin. Same guitar as the header on my site. I'll try and post a link to the template tomorrow. thanks!
