    Description:
ChristianSongLyrics.us is a website that serves lyrics for contemporary christian music. It is a really excellent niche to target and a lot more work can be done on the website.
There are over 10,000 lyrics in the database, and the site is running a custom backend php script.
I currently do no work on the site at all (unlike others who claim to spend a couple of hours a week I actually spend zero hours) so if you are willing to put in a bit of work you could easily increase the traffic and revenue.
One idea could be to add an affiliate music store, or auctionads or similar. You could also expand from lyrics to make it more of a christian music portal.
I am the type of webmaster that makes money from adsense by working on a few larger sites, however, this could make a great addition to any network that works by making relatively smaller amounts of money from multiple sites.

Price (or starting bid): $500 USD

    BIN: $1200 USD

    Is an auction?: Yes

    Google page rank: 3

Auction end date: 4th June 2007, 23:00 pm British Summer Time

Payment Method: Paypal preferred. Other payment options, check with me first.

Is that BIN of $1200 a typo? 24 times monthly earnings?

24 times monthly revenue is correct. It is currently making around $50 a month with absolutely zero hours a week put into it. Many sites get sold for 12 times monthly revenue with webmasters putting countless hours into their sites. Time is worth money.
Should you want to put a little work into the site (a little link building through directories, articles, blogs, squidoo etc.) there is no reason why someone can't get a site making an average of around $1.60 per day to make $3-$4 per day. This is much easier to do than to get a site making $50 a day to make $100 a day. Doubling the site income should not be a problem for anyone interested to put the work in - like I say, this is one of my smaller sites so it is not of great interest to me.
The foundations for this site have already been laid - the site is listed in DMOZ (which is pretty valuable in itself) and its all ready for someone to take it to the next level. In light of this I do not think it is over valued.

Current highest bid is $550 by pm

To get more exposure I have listed this auction at SitePoint.

I have put the minimum bid on the sitepoint auction at $600 meaning that the $550 pm bid received here on DigitalPoint is the current highest bid.
Should no one bid on the SitePoint auction, the site will be sold to the DigitalPoint pm bidder. If someone wants to place a bid then please do so on the SitePoint auction.
    Thanks,
    John
