there it states " Don't buy hosting from W-Hosts - Hostyours.net", its almost 14 days i have got hosting from this guy, initally when he had given me hosting where every time there server was going down then after horibally 3 days then he shifted me to new server and leter he introduced this $10/ reseller offer to all. for me it shows me

so i guess it over selling.

now after buying hosting he tell me that 30% resources for proxy, can anyone tell me how to control the system resources for proxy.???

 

Would you like a screenshot of you using more than 30% of the server cpu usage and there are more than one server so before you decide to make false accusations do some some background information btw just because it doesn't show that doesn't mean anything you can use background usages via ssh access.

 

so u please tell me any way in which i can regulate the usage of it, and more over in ur chat u , urself advised me to keep runing the site infact i was much frustrated and wanted my refund but u didnt refund me also and said to continue running my site on your server, so as being having patient i waited for some day upon ur request and this is wht all i got. just now after my most this guys PM me on messanger and say the following

well i just wanted to make aware of the people abt him that they dont get wht actually it is, tell him to prove it, the users on other forum have also asked for refund now abt this matter.

here is a screenshot of chat which states that he himself told me too keep running my site even after 30% usage so that mean TOS are broken by himself.
please help me on this...

i just want to know , when the ownser himself tell to use the system resousrces in chat and then later turnoff what shuld i do now, i shuld get my refund back and guys please not this,
dont rely on him for anything , he say something and does something different ......

 

I was considering buying this hosting, but I'm not happy with the posts above, care to explain Maleek? :s

 

my account has bee terminated now from this host in less than 20min, so this would be my request to admin and mods that please close this thread and ban this member also so that DP other member will be safe from such frauds. as there has been much more abt this host on other forums too..... i an waiting for my refund maleek.

 

and also to add to my post this guys needs money to pay his server bill by 20th june as he stated in chat with me so that why he is in a hurry to collect some money to cover up that cost, i dont know how is he gonna host the rest of the people for a year ??

 

Well, I am pleased with my hosting so far..It was running a little slow earlier, but not for very long at all.

 

If you read W-Hosts terms of services it said we have the right to not issue refunds at our sole discretion.

 

can u tell wht does this means "W-Hosts reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion what constitutes UCE based on the information available. "

and would it be related or agianst ur chat, in which u told me to use the system resource when u knew my site was consuming it.??
so on which shall i trust now chat or the tos page this is highly a twist over....

finally i can say u cant trust even the customer support they say something different and tell give something different .

if u say such then tell me why did u offer the customized plan to me upon the request and when u knew my site was heavy u could have told me that u cant manage and u could have refunded me at the same time, i would have found a better host.

guys this is terrific highly unprofessional. it mean TOS can change anytime as he want. if u buy account he has the right to terminate it tomorrow without any silly reason and you will loose your money.

so beware from such fake host.

It is a bit scary to see that the TOS can be changed according to your whims and fancies. I was actually very interested to take up the hosting but now really thinking more than twice.

Will this happen to people wanting to put up simple sites that do not consume so much CPU power?

something should have sparked *hmm something might be wrong here* in your head when the guy promised 100% uptime and a full year's reseller account for 10 bucks!

 

nope i dont have a yearly account, it was a monthly account for $10. and yet not even half of the month has passed by now. but well there is not point in taking it. now u tell is it that easy to find good host when u account get terminated without warning in less than 15 min time. is it called really professional??

i am doing this now for all other buyer who are planing to buy frm this host so show how this host really is.

 

A follow up for my post:
The FTP is back and running, and site installed OK.

Two problems however:
a) Right now cpanel and WHM are offline.
b) Even when cpanel is online, statistics software did not update for 24 hours now, while host states it's going to update every 12 hours.

I'm not too happy right now.

The hosting is down. I also purchased an account the other day directly to the site after reading this thread but can't even set-up a single site coz uptime sucks.

I think Maleek better start explaining/improving/refunding to all unhappy customers.

 

now i think the host ranway ?????? this something serious too alll as this has been a problem to alll. DP please note that from now onwards a new hosting shuld have some rules from DP if they want to give their service to DPmember.

 

I`ve opened a dispute at paypal as i dont want to be hosted by this service anymore.I understand we cant trust anyone in this world.I hope he solves this problem.
