What do you need the contract for? Normally if it is just simple stuff, you might be able to just draft one up yourself... If it is really complicated then you might have to get your solicitor to write it.

With a bit of research into the necessary details, you should be able to sort one out yourself. There's lots of online resources to help you out.

but I am running a company and I dont have time to do the research and drafting to make one. If anyone here thinks they will be able to I will be more than happy to put you on payroll for a week to draft something up

What type of contract are you actually looking for?

For example in your first post, you said you are looking for a contract for the company you are about to start, this could be the doccuments to start up a company, or a contract as part of the company, to decide how difficult one would be to make, we'd need to know what type of contract is needed and I am sure someone here could help:)

Premium Beaches LLC is the company. We specialize in all types of beach rentals. We are looking for someone to be able to draw up a contract for Premium Beaches stating that we would be doing business with a property owner for a certain amount of time. IN this period we would be able to rent out beach chairs and other beach vending activities on their property...? thats basically the idea of what one of the contracts would be like..if that helps any?

Any lawyer can do this, and you shouldn't hire someone who isn't a lawyer off here.

Pick up the yellow pages and hire a local lawyer.

I was thinking that but a lawyer also cost a bit more. I guess I will just have to go with that!

The whole purpose of having a written contract is to protect you. If you half ass that part of it, you end up with a worthless piece of paper.

Contact your local Bar association and they should be able to direct you to an attorney who deals with these types of matters.
