With the mix of nationalities on both teams, it's hardly worth calling it "Canada vs. USA.";) Can't believe the Red Wings lost this series...but San Jose fans were probably saying the same thing last round.

I'm rooting for the Ducks but the Senators are tough. I'll go with the Ducks in 7.

Vancouver didn't deserve to make the playoffs at all, and Luengo's blunder in the last game is proof of that.

Ironically, Anaheim has more Canadian-born players then Ottawa does (including the great Jean-Sebastian Giguere), but it's long past time that the Cup came home.

    Ottawa in 6.

I disagree - Luongo played well the whole season, and did extremely well in the playoffs. You can't say just because of one game that they don't deserve to be in the playoffs.

    Back on topic,

I'm going to say Ottawa will win this year.

The Mighty Ducks will win they have more players on their team who were actually born in Canada.

I personally think it's going to be very tight between the two teams. They are both an excellent hockey team.

    What's your prediction?

A California club already went on to win the cup, the California Seals. They relocated to Cleveland as the Barons, then merged with the North Stars and became the Stars and won. :D I'd prefer to see the Kings win it first as one of my original 12.

Are the Ducks going to show the away games on the jumbotron this year? I can almost cheer for them when the Wings are gone and they let me in for $5.

Yes Anaheim won tonight, after Ottawa taking the lead.

And even if I want Ottawa to win the Cup, The Ducks clearly deserved the win tonight. They worked way harder than the Sens. I hope that'll wake them up and make them realize they'll have to deliver much more than they did tonight...

I really don't care who wins, as was stated there are a ton of Canadian players on either team so it can hardly be called Canada vs USA...I just want to see some good action that's all :)

and my leafs are out :/

It's kind of a shame that the Ducks reside in So Cal. If you turn own sports radio in So Cal you have one major station that talks about the Lakers every day of the year and the other one is a national station that is focused on the Yankees and the Red Sox.

Nobody in Anaheim cares as much for hockey as people from Ottawa does. I mean it's quite natural, they don't even know what's winter (I mean the canadian one). So it's not surprising that radio animators talks about basketball and baseball.
