How can I optimize this page even more?

    Hi,
    I'm currently busy with a page for the PVMultimedia seo contest, and I need some help. I am switching between the first and the second place the whole time, and the contest almost ends.
    I would like to know some tips to optimize my page even more. The contest is for Google only, the keywords are "PVMultimedia seo contest". I hope someone would give me some more tips.

    add meta tags to your site, then have your keywords in your content but do not spam then build links after you do onpage optimization

    fixed first all your meta tags. Then use your keyword on your contents but do not keyword stuff... use your keywords with nice combination of your sentence

    because I' still beleived that "Content is king":)

    There are some sites that you can ping to show them you've updated your blog! But I already did that! ;)

    And I already have a keyword density of 7,53%, so if I put the keyword even more, I think it would be considered as spamming.

    About the meta tags, I thought Google doesn't give any attention to META-tags anymore?
