Well I am just waking up on this side and found two submissions from this same person. I advise that those who did receive this fill out the information needed to resolve the case, I've had one of these before and sometimes it is resolved fairly quickly.

Also keep in mind that you can still receive payments from other submissions while those funds are on hold, so no need to panic it is still business as always. Let the day begin.

just wait till any further action is taken, at the same time you can keep the listing also on hold.

Paypal is very strange, so normally I give the benefit to the client and just went and aproved the submission at http://ask-dir.com/Science/Education/ ,if the payment is canceled I just remove it.

If I was a client I would like to be treated this way :)

paypal really sucks .Poor guy/girl may have gotten ripped off and paypal wants them to cover a negative balance .It happened to me in 2003 .chargeback for $2000.00 and the person got my computer and then charged back.Even though paypal ruled in MY favor the guy closed the credit card acct.Paypal recovered $1200.00 ,probably from his balance or somethign and then expected me to cover the $800.00.It is in the fine print of the contracts ,we accept responsibility to restore all negative balances even when we are victims of fraud.
That is why you need to have 2 paypal accts because paypal will eventually screw all of us one way or another.

This is always the good option.
If he/she is the victim of some PP issue, he/she shouldn't be waiting for his listing to be live.
And if he/she is the trouble, we can always remove his listing and he will not be getting much during that time.
(I hope the issue will be solved in few days)

Same with me. I hope he/she does not submit to my sites --because I'll have 50:50 catch:(

I dread these type of submissions and also Paypal:(

    Glad to see it’s solved.
Paypal sucks big time! so I always try to do what’s best to the customer, if in the end they don’t pay no problem just deleted the listing.

Yes, i am happy that it's being solved, it's true he made a number of purchases all at once, therefore PayPal might suspected that activity :(

Same here, all funds are released back to me.
