My-Name-Name.com, Name--Name.com or NameName.biz?

I am going to do a new website and, of course, the best domain names are already taken.

So, if you had to choose from these 3 domains (bird houses is not my actual product but the 2 keywords I'll use in the domain would be the product I will be selling), which would you choose?

    My-Bird-Houses.com

Bird--Houses.com (note there are 2 dashes between the words, not just one)

BirdHouses. any less common extension like .biz, .us , .org, etc.

Which one do you think would do the best with SEO?

Thanks for any and all feedback!

Of those options, I'd take BirdHouses using one of the less common extensions.

Option 3. The hyphens can take away any advantage you might get in terms of type in traffic with the .com extension

I would just add a unique modifier and take the .com

    For Example:
    MyBigBirdHouse.com
    MyUniqueBirdHouse.com
    MyGreatBirdHouse.com

Its the next best thing and I personally always prefer a .com

If your two keywords are rather long, then going with
MyUniqueLongkeyword1Longkeyword2.com might make the domain name to long imo. If that is the case then go with another extension. If your two keywords are not that long, then I would go with what Bigbadwolf had suggested.

The Big, Unique and Great keywords are just examples not to be taken literally. Depending on the niche I'm sure there are thousands of unique relevant modifiers you can add to the domain name, and get a high quality readable .com instead of an ugly one full of dashes or a less valuable tld.
