Today someone named Vitchenko Kseniya has submitted a site masterpapers dot com to all of my Network Directories and after an hour i got an email from PayPal that the Payment is on hold by PayPal

It smells fleshy, as PayPal holds funds resulted from all of those particular transactions made by him, So it’s my request to everyone not to approve this site until that issue is being resolved and beware of this person. And among any of you have faced the same thing then please let us know.

Also, he used free email add. (at yahoo) while submitting and paying for his site.

Share your experience and views here.

I got an "onhold" once for my laptop info I sell. The problem is I got the "onhold" notice after I already sent the info. The cash was taken back from me and I called Paypal. They told me there were problems with the buyer. When I asked what problems they told me that was none of my business.

Paypal is pathetic... plain and simple.
They shouldn't even send me a notification of payment until they are sure the payment is valid.
So as a consequence, all info sent is delayed 6 to 8 hours when the buyer is unverified...
    One bad apple...

It's better that you wait for more info from paypal instead of rushing to denounce him. Also listings can be easily disapproved after being approved

Asim good u share this to public, but paypal can even hold the funds for a regular enquiry also. I also got this situation when 1 of my client paid me and paypal holds the funds. MY client said funds are reduced from his account and funds are not added in my account, it means paypal held the funds to enquire the transection.

Yes i agree some persons use this trick of hold to sublit to dirs also.

I have exchanged a few emails with this person before this happened. They sent extra money to upgrade to featured listing. Now both payments are on hold.

Did the payment email address come from the same domain as the listing in any cases or is it a free email account like mentioned above?
