    Ethnic Recipe
    http://ethnicrecipe.info

Ethnic Recipe (.info) has become quite a popular recipe website. Last month, it's second month in operation, Ethnic Recipe had over 2,100 unique visitors. This month it has had 1,083 uniques with almost 30,000 pageviews.

The site is getting quite a bit of search engine traffic from Google
    [IMG]

Also, because of the Search Engine Optimization that I put into the site (including search engine friendly urls), the site is getting pretty high ranked for a lot of different and popular ethnic reecipes:

Not to mention that the site is ranked 3rd on MSN and 16th on Google for the search query Ethnic Recipe.

Pagerank: 3 (predicted PR4 and I'm almost 100% certain it WILL be PR4 upon next update)
Alexa Rank: 669,675 (although no one really takes Alexa all that seriously, you can tell that the traffic is growing as more and more pages are ranked higher for their keywords)

There are also 4,310 pages from EthnicRecipe in Google's index, which is why it is getting such great traffic already :)

    Bid Information
    Starting bid: $200
    BIN: $600

If you have any questions, please feel free to post them or send me a PM. Thanks!

Currently I have ads at the top and on the sides of each page (they can be changed from a single file). I haven't made much off the sites (only a few dollars) because the ads are not relavent at all (Clicksor ads). You should be able to do much better with AdSense :)

It looks like many canned recipe sites that get sold. Recipe databases are free all over the place.

Congrats on getting the traffic. I didn't mean disrespect, just answering the question about not many bids.

Bookmarks I guess. I'm not really sure why it's getting so many, but the traffic is there...lol :p
I know where you're coming from, but I don't really want anyone to be mistaken. I recently sold a baby name website for $210. Besides the fact that the baby name site was PR4 and this is PR3, the traffic is/was about the same.

High bid stands at $75. BIN lowered to $150 in interest of getting this sale over with and working on other things :p One month free hosting provided so you have plenty of time for the transfer.

iWebTool is showing 2,686 backlinks. The domain is registered at GoDaddy (free push to your account) and is set to expire on March 23, 2008.
I am currently banned from AdSense. I tried signing up for AdSense about a year ago and about a week after I had registered they sent me an e-mail saying my account could be tied with another account and banned me. I never did anything to get banned, but it's my guess a Mr. Duke Ling did or something (joke) (my name is Luke Kling ;)) :p

Anyway, the site isn't banned from AdSense, so you have nothing to worry about. However, I can't run it AdSense on it, which is the main reason I sell all my sites.
Thanks Mike, you're currently the high bidder :)
