My Notre Dame Football Site - www.oldnotredame.com

I just started this up about a week ago. Haven't advertised yet but will soon. I created the site completely alone, doing all of the graphic work and coding.

Let me know what you think. :) Thanks.

Good images, good coding, but i hate ND! I'm a Ohio State fan. As long as we both beat Michigan, its cool =).

Haha thanks for the comments. And of course I hate Ohio State.

But I hate Michigan even more...

And then there's USC. Ultimate hate.

For your adsense units in your content area.. it would have better blending with white borders and a white background.. the colors on there make it obvious that they're ads.

I am sorry, I cannot in good conscience give you a good review, even if I thought so.
Being a die hard Michigan Fan, Honor comes first.
Just being the subject matter that it is, IT sucks!

    See ya next season.:)
    GO BLUE!!
(To everyone else, yes..It's that serious)

    One can Dream.
    Sucks to be you.
Now that we have taken this post off subject, honestly, I think if you are the Notre Dame fan you claim to be, that you can do better with the content.
It's just not dynamic enough, but of course you can just put over rated on the header, and that would say it all.:D
But you did land a kick ass domain for it.
Did you buy it from a previous owner, or have you been saving it?

Haha, thanks for the comments again everyone.

And hmansfield, the website was just started approximately two weeks ago and not too much has been going on with Notre Dame football. I am just trying to update with the important news on recruiting and such until the season starts.

And I managed to register the domain a few weeks ago, I was shocked when it was still available.

Can't wait to get the victory September 15th at the Big House. ;)

Fellow sports blogger, your site looks good, very nicely layed out. Only one thing I would change, the font size in your writing is a little small and people might get turned off by it.

Another thing. What's Notre Dame gonna do without Brady Quinn?

    1. Fonts are TOO small
    2. Put more content for EACH posting
    3. Header graphic is TOO mediocre. Find something more CONTROVERSIAL
    4. Adsense with wider or taller format tend to drive more clicks

Thanks guys and yeah I just think that if the font is TOO big that it looks a little ugly, but I will try that out later. About Brady Quinn, if you look at my latest post, there are three quarterbacks competing. I believe Jimmy Clausen will replace him. He is a true freshman who was one of the top (some considered the top) recruit last year.

It's slow? That's the first person I have heard say that. Is it slow for anyone else?

Also, I made the font larger. I still like it better smaller, but let me know what you guys think.
