featured yearly,reg perm..?

sorry for the noobish question,but i was thinking of making my featured links a yearly charge,but my regular links permanent..in the admin panel of phpld 3.2 the option for yearly applies to all links..how can i set it up o do yearly for featured(at a lower price)

 

I had this problem too. It depends on wether you want featured payments to be subscriptions or just a single payment for 1 year?

 

yearly subscriptions would be fine i guess..I have subscriptions enabled in the admin

 

Thats when it gets too complex for me

I just select permanent in the admin and then change the submit.tql file to clearly display "Yearly" for the featured option. So after 1 year the featured listing becomes a regular, and leaves space for new featured listings at the new price.

Maybe the big boys have a better way of doing it...
