I'm selling Classy Directory simply because I do not have as much time to dedicate to it as it deserves.

The directory was opened last December/January and for the most part has not been promoted except through paid text links. Assume little revenue as it is still relatively young, and traffic is small but steady. It averages about 5 uniques per day and 40 per month. I have not taken much time to sell the sidebar and footer spots in the directory, but they could easily be sold now for $15-20/month total and more with a little bit of promotion and commitment to selling.

The script is paid for (including branding removal) and the skin is 100% custom designed and coded. The domain is registered at GoDaddy and will be pushed to your GoDaddy account for free. We can transfer it to another registrar, but you'll need to pay the fee.

As far as the current sitewide links (sidebar and footer)...All of those links expire by mid August 2007. Again, you're not required to include ANY link to phpLD, spnosors, affiliates, etc...and all sitewide links that you see now are set to expire in less than 3 months.
