One other thing, we can't have a header with any images which have been taken from elsewhere for copyright reasons etc... So any imagery you use needs to be your own original work, or in the public domain. Some have mentioned that the requirements seem quite high consider 25 is all that's on offer. As has been pointed out, this is not a one off contest, we're looking for someone to do quite substantial paid work to redesign our website and other graphical content too, so there's a lot to compete for!
This is the first one I've seen which I like the text, what do others think? I believe the typeface/font of the name is incredibly important, so for me that's the first thing I look at... I do like the simplicity of it as well though - it's obviously not perfect, but certainly a good attempt IMO...
Ariestoteles wins. One of my members did say. The only thing I'd change is I'd have the EatMyStack text just one colour and not graduated or at least not as much difference between top and bottom. The bottom colour of the text (the lighter blue would be my choice). I'd keep the main text 3D like it is now though. Any chance you could do this?
