Don't worry about this. I already reported for this user and I am sure he would be off soon from DP.

 

Been reported by me already (plus many other users I'm sure). Seems we aren't moderating very proactively today.

 

Kick such users.

We should have a points system such that if members with 2k+ posts and 4 rep blobs or xxx rep points give some points against the user, then he is kicked temporarily
