Squidoo is similar to blogging but instead of making blogs you're making lenses. It's a good site for posting your products from Cafepress, Amazon, ebay, etc..
I also hear that you a get a percent of the adsens displayed on your lens. it's also a good source of traffic. haven't had the chance to use squidoo tho', i'll try it when i'll have an intersting post
Keep in mind you will not generate any serious amount of money by displaying adsense on your lens. You can get some traffic if you're lucky

Squidoo is not as easy as it was 6 months ago. The site is great for getting listed on Google quickly, but there is more to it than just putting up a lens and hoping for the best. If you use the power of Bum Marketing and Squidoo together, you can get some really great results. Again, it is not a case of throwing together a bunch of lenses and hoping for the best. Personally, my business is 65% Squidoo. I am full time and make a decent living, so Squidoo is certainly working for me. If anyone has any specific questions then please feel free to ask me. If you know your way to work around with Squidoo, trust me its much better than blogger. Well may be certain ppl know how to train blogger, but Dr.Mani thought me how to train Squidoo and I'm happy with squidoo and blogger too ~G

Bum marketing is where you write an article that targets a certain keyword (low competition but decent amount of searches). Submit this article to the major article directories and if you did it right it should show up on the front page of Google. This way you can "bum" traffic from the search engines without doing much. I've been using bum marketing for some time, and it definitely works great with a Squidoo lens.
Kontent Solutions - who is Dr Mani? And how did he teach you how to use Squidoo? I have heard a lot about how Squidoo can help you rank highly in Google for more "long tail" keywords and would like to learn more. No doubt there's work involved but knowing what to do would help focus that work... Thanks
Hi Kelly, I would be interested to know the relation between the so called bum marketing and Squidoo itself. I realize that there is some cause almost any bum off the street can put up a lens on Squidoo and reap the benefits from it. But I would like to hear more about your expertise on that. Okay, well if you're familiar with bum marketing, then you know it involves using article marketing to rank high in the search engines for keywords. In your article, you have a resource box where you put a link to your site. When you bum market with Squidoo, you simply put a link to your Squidoo lens. All of my Squidoo lenses that I have made thus far rank in the top 10 for their respective keywords
