Nice layout easy to read. Opinion I think that sidebars are better on the left side. I also think that the width should be smaller. Just opinions..
I would agree with jakeldaily for the width. If you see it in a wide screen it's very difficult to read. Most people are used to reading sites of certain width. I would suggest looking at other blogs and make it less wide. Also, you can align the top post title with the menu on the left. Finally maybe I would use less boxes/borders, especially for the images.

The logo looks a bit plain.. I would add a silhouette of a tree to the right or left of your logo's text.
Certainly, looks great at a first shot. But 1 huge concern I have is about readability -> since the site is rich with textual information and less of any images per post - it makes it hard to focus on the page and read it. Otherwise, very clean and neat design. I appreciate your efforts on adsense optimization as well. Really brilliant.

i think it would look better with a sligh fadeout backround instead of all grey, or chose a different backround colour. it is too much white, you should make the pictures bigger on the frontpage and in the stories - you can hardly see them! maybe have at least weekly posts so people know its up to date?
Interesting. I should probably mention that it is a actual article site and not a wordpress blog acting like a article site. In other words I coded and designed the whole thing from scratch. I just thought i'd mention this as I get the impression that some people see it as WP .
