How do i get traffic to my directory?

Hello all i have a directory here - ulgaming.net/directory .
It is getting not even 100 views per day. Please help me and give me some tips to increase traffic on it.How can i get websites to have a reciprocal link?And how to increase traffic on it.

 

Why dont u add your directory to some big lists like http://www.directorycritic.com/add.html and http://www.addurl.nu/

They surely get you some good traffic!

 

I personally think the reciprocal link market is becoming less and less available

Solid way forward is to submit your site for review on both quality Free & Paid Directories and make that a continuous campaign

It will take time, it does not happen overnight, but the program needs to be ongoing to ensure traffic increases

As everybody else said, submit your directory to all the other directories, you can even pay like $70 to someone to submit your directory to 1,000 directories.

Sorry what views are you talking about can you point out in the figure below which view you meant ? Unique, or just page views ?
Oh this is for my directory www.h-log.com if you are wondering that is, and it shows for only 2 days cause i moved from plesk to cpanel 2 days ago and hence awstats is fresh off the bat for this site.



For me traffic refers to uniques i get, for some it refers to page views maybe ? What does traffic mean to you ?

PS: my secret post lots of time on dp and try to shamelessly insert you directories live link (example ^^^ lol)

It does not matter if you use a professional directory script or not. You need to optimize your website to get the best targeted traffic.

I've got to say I'm new to the directory biz but getting 100 pages a day seems like alot to me. Ive noticed some of the big Dir get like 1000+ unquies a day, wow. Start trading links and if you got a small budget by some quail backlinks. GL

 

one sure way (BUT EXPENSIVE) is to use PPC.... although most wld swear against it.... sure brings traffic, but not too sure abt conversion rates
