Alright, I started using google adsense on April 14, 2007. To this day I only have $16.67 in my account. It took me that long just to make that much. I am not sure why this has happened. I see others making $500+/month. It looks like I have to wait to get to $100 before they send the check. I would like some good advice/tips on how to get quick earnings through adsense. I would really appreciate it.

More traffic to site and filter low paying ads. I also like to find the higher paying keywords and use them on sites.

That's not that bad, there are some people who make big money on Adsense and there a lot more who make just a little. The big key is to promote your site and drive traffic to it. Get links on related topic sites and do as much link building as possible. Advertising is the big key to success. You also need original content and to update your site as much as possible.
