Read this post and get some inspirations..

The idea is to put small rect ads blocks in the middle, top, above the fold.. if you have done that you should see some results..

Assuming you have good search engine traffic.

Just a little FYI. I think the changes you suggested worked. VERY WELL!

Within the last week since making the changes I have seen my Adsense profits go from $1-2 per day up to $4-6 per day. Some of the increase might be seasonal, but I can't believe that is the only reason because the amount of unique visitors has remained fairly constant throughout the time period.

You might be able to get better results with another 336 above the fold..

 

Remove the 2 468... and add 2 336 or squarish ads blocks side by side.. instead.. i think it will look much more appealing...

Put search bar at the side bar or the bottom.. Search will not give you best results... expand the width of the template a little, by about 20px.. try to push the 336 ads above the fold.

BTW your site is crap... i dun think it add values to the internet. different pages with same contents.. major duplicate contents... i dun think you site will work in the long run..

Change change your mentality and method and you will get better results.

I think your new template looks nice.. but i think if you remove the middle column and shrink the width of the site, you will be able to centralise the ads even more.. and at the moment you are using a smaller squarish ads.. and if you remove the middle column,
you will have more space to replace it with a 336 instead... which will help CTR..

I m not so sure if your traffic is good enought to test the format..

Give us more information about your
number of unique visiters a day,
and your CTR, 2 digits or single digits or under 1%..

After checking on your site, i realised that this is a very new site. And I assume you expect to get traffic straightaway from Search Engines or have you done lots of promotions, that is why you think you should be getting tonnes of clicks??

If you want clicks you must have traffic, that is minimal requirement, and basic common sense. So please tell me you have got 1000 unique visitors a day, if not go do something about it. PS.. my site which is making $20+ a day
has got at least 1500 targetted unique visitors a day. So go figure it out.

I won't say your template is the best.

i) the logo is too distracting, and how do you match flowers with technology?

ii) square ads are a waste if they are placed in the sidebar. put them into the main column.

iii) read thru my entire thread to get a feel of what is the optimum template.
