    I was in the process of upgrading my site to another server, additional server, so it was an addon, not a move, so that was probably the problem you where getting.

    I spent about 5 hours trying to install a vbulletin forum and still haven't managed it, theres something wrong with the server or something cause I know I am entering the correct login info into the config file.

    Not only that, but now my cPanel won't let me log in. I have tried so many times and I know my password is correct. I submitted a ticket 19+ hours ago and I still haven't had any support. How am I possibly supposed to create/manage a website with such poor support and service?

    I want my refund please.

    I'm a little confused. I purchased this a few days ago, it's been working perfectly up untill now... I started to receive quite abit of traffic and suddenly my site went offline and I am still unable to load it - www.narutotribe.com
    Hastyhost.com is not down, but my site is? why is this? I thought it is unlimited bandwidth also..
    I know it is not 100% uptime but shouldnt this mean that hastyhost.com is down aswell?
