paypal does do return for digital goods. once i bought a hosting for a year, around 150 bucks on some hoster, i paid the money, but after 3 days, i never got any email regarding my login or my hosting. i put the dispute to paypal. after a week. i got my money back. so yeah, sometimes(but not everytime) paypal does do refund.
I talked to JasonB on his MSN, or rather I talked to his "girlfriend" if he has one...But anyways, she said that he was on a business trip, and that his paypal didnt work or someting. I told here to view this thread, and leave a message for Jason when he gets back. I gave her until April 22nd to respond back.
Well how about issue chargeback before you can do that only 60 days or maybe 30 days allowed for any chargeback to take place. If he comes back in time thats good and u can drop the chargeback or something?
You're somehow luckier than me because at least you've got some responses from JasonB. My experience with andy_boyd is really traumatic. andy_boyd is quite active here with so many good transactions and iTrader but this guy DID NOT PAY me and didn't bother to explain why he didn't want to pay me. At first, i thought that the articles are not acceptable on his standard and so, after so many tries to reach him, I just decided to keep silent because I realized that I can still sell those articles anyway. But before selling those, I opted to check my articles and I was surprised that they were ALREADY PUBLISHED at http://www.floor-facts.com/ And upon verifying the owner of the site, I found that it is owned by andy_boyd. Now I am even more puzzled why he published it if his reason of not paying me and not replying to my payment demand is the quality of articles? If the articles were not good or were useless, he should not use them isn't? but why he still published them? and then ignore my request for payment even I sent emails and PMs? $165 may be nothing for him as he transact more than that amount here. But for me, that is important. I need that money... I write to earn some dough to support my child. How can I sell those articles now if they are published? I am really puzzled why andy_boyd didn't care to reply after I delivered those articles which he now used in one of his websites. I think I am in his ignore list and even if I send him hundreds of PM here, he will not receive them. sending him email on the one he used to contact me when he placed and verified his order is also useless because he didn't care to reply. Is there someone here who could point this thread to andy_boyd?
Ok I lost my patience. I left him a surprise here: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/itrader.php?u=35502 Just to let you know: JASONB SCAMMED ME!!
I don't have any idea if andy_boyd and JasonB is the same. But what I knew is that andy_boyd doesn't have a heart!
Well I don't know if you want me to butt in here and help ya, but I don't like seeing people getting ripped off. If you are in fact the copyright holder to the articles (which you are until paid for...) you can file a DMCA to his web host, domain registrar and even with google adsense. If you need help or more information contact me via MSN or PM.
resolving the issue by Paypal is the best option if he does not reply to you even after coming to this forum.
Aside from iTrader, is there any thread here where we can post the name of the DP members who have unsettled dispute? So that other DP members will be aware of the possibility about being crossed when they deal with that particular person?
that's one reason I don't like paying in full while the service hasn't been done yet ..pay like 30% and rest after service is done...
