Why would you lie about that ? But why did they suspend you account ? They suspended my account twice. Once for me running a proxy on it, the second one for me running a controversial site that they did not dare to host because of their reputation. They got complaints so they shut me down. Covards.
Okay, now they arent responding to my emails... This is a joke, and oh so frustrating. Im going to give their customer support line a call again.. Im very angry right now
If you are having problems with Host Gator then there are many other hosting sites on the internet which can help you It does seem a bit unfair though
Yeah more customers for my server . J/k hostgator occassionaly does burn few customers though as i have seen, but since personally never used them cannot comment, but good luck angela , post your site url also when you get all things sorted.
i have never tried hostgator, may be you should shift to godaddy, there are some really cheap plans, and it works pretty nicely! don't keep your site offline for too longer time, as the search engines will start de-indexing your site, get it live as fast as possible,
I had an account with hostgator that they killed after 3 days. Do not use them if you have any traffic at all.
i had huge amounts of downtime with hostgator, only with them 6 weeks, the worst 6 weeks hosting i have ever had. moved to weycrest now, much happy and no downtime.
What was your traffic ? I have maybe 2000 uniques a day on one of my HG accounts, works great for small traffic like that at least.
Just wanted to let everyone know that HostGator finally reinstated my account after pretty much having to beg them.. I am going to be moving hosting accounts. Carolyn, PM some details, price, etc...
Angela just remember not to move to a host that has similar policies. And use same marketing techniques. Cheers
